The pharmaceutical company Cayman Pharma s. r. o., a manufacturer of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) based on prostaglandins, is looking for teammates for the position:

ADMINISTRATOR FOR PHARMACEUTICAL DOCUMENTATION

Responsibilities

  • Administrate internal databases (management of documentation revises and archiving, management of company´s file-sharing platform, communication with customers)
  • Participate in optimization of processes connected with management of internal documentation
  • Translation of SOP and technical documents in English, possibly provision of external translation services
  • Prepare registration documents according to defined template
  • Completion of already finished registration, QA, QC and production documentation
  • Prepare of eCTD sequences on basis of data obtained from members of regulatory department
  • Servicing national and transnational regulatory portals and corporate website
  • Organizational provision of courier shipments, communication with local and foreign authorities and notaries

Requirements

  • University / Secondary school – in the field of chemistry an advantage
  • Perfect knowledge of English (especially written)
  • Experience in managing documentation within electronic systems is advantage
  • Attention to detail, diligence
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
