Project Manager of Production Space Reconstruction

Our company, focused on pharmaceutical and chemical production, is searching for a suitable candidate for a position of Project Manager of Production Space Reconstruction.

Responsibilities

Supervision of reconstruction of production building
Coordination and harmonization of all processes during the entire reconstruction
Technical supervision, responsibility for work safety
Representation of company in relation to external subjects, especially state institutions, suppliers etc.
Daily reporting to the parent company (USA) about each milestone of the project

Requirements

University degree in construction or machinery area
Fluent English both on conversational and professional level
Minimum 5 years experience in area of construction coordination and management
Management and organizational skills (ability to plan, delegate, determine targets and priorities)
Very good communication skills and ability to negotiate
Willing to work with high sense of responsibility, systematic approach, flexibility and ability to make quick decisions
Knowledge of chemical/pharmaceutical production environment of great advantage
